Group of 3 MSc Students Seeking Flat/House Share from Late August (Short / Flexible Term)

Hi, we are a group of 3 MSc Engineering students at UoS looking for a flat or a house share to move into together. Our current housing contract ends in the last week of August, so we are looking for a move-in date immediately after that. Because we will be actively searching for full-time jobs, we are looking for a bit of flexibility in the tenancy. We can definitely commit to staying until December, and potentially up to February 2027. Once we secure employment, we may need to relocate depending on where our roles are based. About us: We are clean, organized, and balance our time between university projects and part-time work. We maintain a peaceful, respectful living environment and keep communal spaces tidy.
