Columbia Lodge Tenancy Takeover for 2024/2025 Term (Urgent)

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Columbia Lodge from 19 July 2024 to 16 July 2025 in a 5-bedroom flat (currently with 2 boys and 2 girls). Looking for someone who is neat and tidy, preferably in their third year or Masters, as the rest of the flatmates are all in their Masters (not a dealbreaker though). The room is an excellent size and in a very nice location, the living room is massive and the flat comes with a washing machine, dryer, and vacuum cleaner. Rent is £119 per week bills included. Distance is only a 10 min bus ride or 15-20 minute walk to Highfield campus. Message me for more information or pictures of the property!
