Looking For A Replacement Tenant

Hi :) Me and my 2 housemates have a 4 bed in Devonshire road and are looking for a replacement tenant as one of our tenants had to withdraw from the contract, we are an all girls group studying at Solent University, anyone is welcome really :) i've left information below on the property <3 (ps. we also have a cat living here) Size of house: 4 Bedrooms Tenancy: 1st July 2025 - 30th June 2026 Cost: around 538pm (bills included through uni homes) Location: Polygon, 0.6 miles from Solent, 1.9 miles from University Of Southampton and around a 10 minute walk to city centre Room Type: Double bedroom, fully furnished Facilities: 2 Bathrooms and a garden Housemate status: All female undergrads in our 3rd year.
