Tenants sought for house in Highfield

We are 2 students in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house. We are looking for another two tenants to fill the house. We appreciate a bit of quiet to study. The house is about 5 mins walk from Highfield Campus or 2 mins walk from Avenue Campus. Rent is £500 per month, bills not included. Can start anytime from mid-August onwards.
