Looking for an extra member to move into our 5 bedroom house

Hello, On July 1st 2022 we will be moving into a detached, 5 bedroom house- a few streets away from the Lidl on Bannister Road (in between Beovis Town and Westwood Park - also situated in between Uni of Southampton and Solent Uni). The house comes with 2 driveway spaces and free parking close down the road (I currently drive, and another is doing her test soon, so we would have to sort that between us), a large garden; with an outside toilet (who wouldn’t want that), a back gate which leads to a shelter next to the back door, and a shed in the very rear of the garden. The house has a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher too. Currently moving into the house is me, and 3 other girls, we’re all studying at Solent University. The spare room we have is a double, on the ground floor facing the back garden. There are 2 bathrooms on the upper floor, both with a toilet and shower. We are all very sociable, and can be a little bit loud at times, so we’re looking for someone who wouldn’t mind that. We are all pretty tidy too in communal areas. We do like to go out, but then we do also appreciate nights in too. The rent comes to £111 a week, £444 a month - including bills. So again, we are looking for one extra person to join our house!
