Hence, I am seeking three new students to join me in renting the house next year starting from 1 July 2024. This house is located at 328B Burgess Road, a mere 0.5 miles [900 meters] from the University of Southampton Highfield campus. This spacious property comprises three double bedrooms and one large single bedroom, along with a generously-sized lounge, a modern kitchen, two bathrooms. The house also has a rear garden with patio area and a shed for storage of bikes or other belongings. Ample off-road parking is also available. As I currently occupy one of the double bedrooms, one single bedroom and two double bedrooms are available for rent. The price of the single bedroom is £406pcm while the price of the two double bedrooms is £450pcm. Bills, including water, electricity, and broadband, are not included.
