Looking for one more housemate for the academic year 24/25

Hi there! Me and 4 other friends have booked a 6 bedroom house. We're all first years going into second year. The house has 3 ensuites which me and my friends have already taken dibs on, plus 3 spacious rooms. . There's one more room available. With a family bathroom featuring a shower and an extra guest bathroom downstairs, there are two bathrooms and a shower for the three non en-suite rooms. Rent, inclusive of bills and internet, stands at £125 per week, though room-specific pricing can be discussed beforehand.
