NEED 1 HOUSEMATE FOR 3-BEDROOM HOUSE

We're two girls going into our second year of Occupational Therapy and are looking for a third housemate. We live in a three-bedroom house next to the Common, around a 25-minute walk from both the university and the city centre. The rent is £596 per month, including all bills (138per week). You can move in from the last week of July. We're friendly and sociable but also respect each other's space. We're looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, and tidy.
