Looking for someone to rent out my room as I am doing a semester abroad from January :) Double bedroom with window overlooking the garden. Mixed house of 6 with an open plan kitchen/communal space and two bathrooms (share one between 3). House is located on Highcliff Avenue, SO14 0TN. £498 per month starting earliest January 1st to 30th of June. Water and wifi are included with a fair usage cap but bills for gas and electricity are currently an additional £43.82 per month. Good location: 8 min walk to Lidl, 8 min walk to Jesters, 7 min walk to Stag Gates bus stop
