A beautiful Edwardian 7 double bedroom house located in Highfield. It’s close to University campus (an 4 minute walk) and walking distance to Portswood High Street. I am looking for a roommate for Semester 2. 2 Bath/ shower rooms and all bedrooms are fully furnished. The kitchen/ diner and spacious communal lounge. Large sofas are also included in the living room which is a nice place to relax and study with the other housemates if wanted. The property also benefits from a large back garden. Off road parking on a driveway which is great if you have a car! All tenants are really lovely and they certainly create a warm and comfortable environment to live in; overall a very clean and tidy house.
