Looking for a 4th person to join a 4 bed house

We are currently 2nd year uni students (2 males,1 female) looking for a 4th person to join our house as our previous 4th housemate dropped out. Still in process of looking for a house so you could join us in viewing it. Tenancy would hopefully be starting from the 1st July but could start other dates depending on the house.
