Looking for replacement housemate in 4 bedroom property near Highfield campus

Hello, I’m looking for a replacement housemate to take my place in a 4 double bedroom property. The house currently has 3 male students going into their 4th year of studies. The rent is £380 not including bills and there is a deposit of £400. The tenancy started on 01/07/2022 so I am looking for people who are readily available. The tenancy ends in June 2023.
