I live in a flat shared with 2 other girls and it is an ensuite so you will have your own bathroom and the only shared space is the kitchen. It is a private student accomodation called Capitol Students Hampton Square, right above Nathan's Famous and across the road has a corner shop, an Asian supermarket and a Polish supermarket. It is a 15-minute walk to Highfield Campus too! Our flat is very quiet and peaceful as we all just get on with our own routines. The block I live in includes an elevator which takes you straight down to all the communal facilities: laundry room, cinema space, study rooms, gym and game room(has a pool table, darts, poker set, Mahjong and more). Overall, it is very convenient as everything is in the same building. I currently pay £228 per week with bills included but I am more than happy to discuss on a price that would work better for you. You are more than welcome, if you want, to come and have a viewing from the 16th of April onwards.
