Looking for an extra person for our 4 Bedroom house

Hello we are a group of 3 studying history, mechanical engineering, and maths. We are all tidy and like to socialise but are also pretty relaxed. We currently have a house arranged for next year at 9 North Road, St Denys but we have had someone pull out. We really want to keep this house and so we are looking for someone to replace him. The house is £112.50 per week + bills
