Housemate needed for 6 bed house in Portswood. £484.50 per month bills included.

Looking for a housemate to live with 3 boys and 2 girls, all in 3rd year. I am looking for a replacement tenant, as I am relocating due to placement year. The house is in a great location - 20 min walk to campus, 3 min walk to Aldi, with close proximity to bars/ pubs. Spacious room, with a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. The house has plenty of living space, including 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. Videos of the house and room can be provided upon request. Housemates are super friendly and keep the house tidy and clean, and are easy to get along with. As mentioned, rent includes all bills and is £114 per week, £484.50 per month. Term: 1st July 2026 - 23rd June 2027.
