Room in Postgrad house

Hello! For varied reasons I'm late to looking for a house in Southampton for this year - I'm starting a PhD in September and am looking for a place preferably around Portswood. I'm tidy, quiet and respectful, with the added bonus of having a love for baking which I'm always happy to share! Looking for a more mature (i.e. definitely not freshers) environment to live - feel free to give me a shout if you're looking for someone!
