Need a replacement tenant - £507 a month bills inc.

As I am moving out for next year, there is 1 room available in 5 person flat (the 4 others are male) in Portswood :) The apartment is fully furnished, with double beds, bills included, a cleaner each week and is placed in a really good area right by aldi, local clubs and bus stops. Per week it comes down to £117. There is also an on sight maintenance team in case anything happens to break. The tenancy agreement is from July 2025 - July 2026.
