Looking for houses for next year

Hi I`m Kinga I do philosophy and I`m going into third year in september! Ideally looking for an all girls house, but I do not mind mixed. Preferably looking for a more quiet but still generally social house, as I work early in the morning. I`d consider myself outgoing, friendly and I like nights in but also going for a lil coffee or brunch:) My budget is quite flexible (ofc the cheaper the better). I`d prefer to live in portswood but not too fussy, as long as it is fairly close to campus (highfield). I do not mind how big the house is, but maybe 4-6 people.
