Looking for a a student to join our 4 bedroom house, Highfield

Hi! I'm Lucy, I'm looking to replace my spot in a house near Highfield (about 10 min walk from uni) because I'm going on placement for the 24/25 academic year. its a 4 bedroom house (2 bathrooms) with 2 girls and 1 non-binary person (male presenting) currently living there (2 third years, 1 second year). Its got a lovely kitchen/socialising area and we regularly have game nights and watch movies together. They are a really lovely bunch of housemates and super respectful of privacy/quiet but also very fun to go out with. Its £126 a week bills included. there's on street parking super close to the house and you can park there with a permit (£30 a year) Let me know if you are interested!
