Rent: if 2 people join 134ppw (inc bills), if 1 person joins 167.5ppw (inc bills) Location: Morris rd (25 min by bus to UoS) SO15 Polygon area House: 5 bed 2 bathroom (They might add another bathroom) house which is being renovated for us. it will have new PoshPads design furniture for us. Double beds, double railing wardrobe, desk and chair. Current group: 1 girl (Medicine) and 2 guys (Electrical engineering, Economics) all currently first years Contract: 1st August 2026 to 27th June 2027
