Hi, I am second year Accounting and Finance student. I have one spare room for 2023/2024. The room is a double sized bedroom with it's own en-suite. The house is a 5 minute walk to Portswood high street and about a 15-20 minute walk to Highfield campus. The house has recently been renovated and is a new build with a nice modern kitchen, private parking and a secure garden. If you are interested please let me know.
