Need 1 to fill room upstairs

Hiya, I’m looking for a housemate for 2022- 2023 who would be interested in a smaller room for around £350 a month. The room is in a 4-bedroom house with a driveway, 2 bathrooms and a garden with a short 5 to 10-minute walk to Highfield Campus. The rent for the room is currently £351.65 and the utilities (Elec/Gas, Water, Internet) range from around £35-50 per month. We currently have 3 people who are all in our second year. We prefer a somewhat quiet lifestyle and a reasonably tidy house. We are by no means opposed to drinking or going out but do for the most part enjoy nights in or the occasional night at the pub or cinema. We do often enjoy cooking together and having the occasional takeaway. We are looking for another like-minded person to join our house in July 2022.
