1 space left in 5 bedroom house polygon

Hi, I’m Sam a 2nd year going onto 3rd year student and am looking for 1 more person to join our 5-bedroom house in the polygon area for next academic year, starting in July. It has 2 bathrooms 2 kitchens, 1 of which is a converted lounge/kitchen space and the room available is a spacious room with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and chair.
