House with three rooms available in Highfield

I am a fourth year student nurse and have a lovely house available with three rooms (two doubles, one single), available in the flower estate, a five min walk from Highfield campus. Double rooms are 550pm and the single is 500pm. Some bills not included. Looking for three more people to make a group. I have a friendly little cat, so the house comes with some free animal therapy :) Looking for people who are friendly, sociable, clean and tidy. Drop me a message if interested :)
