1 room available for 23/24 in 8 bedroom house is Portswood

Currently looking for someone to fill the 8th room in our house. Rent is £325 a month, bills not included. Ideally someone to move in from 1st of July. We are a group of students, 3 male and 4 female, going into 3rd year, who are friendly and tidy. The room available is spacious, with a double bed, sink, lots of storage and a big window to let in light. The house has a large kitchen and living space, garden and newly refurbished bathrooms. It is only 5 minute walk from Portswood and a 20 minute walk to campus. Message for more details :)
