Hi, I'm urgently looking for someone to replace me as a tenant for Flat 6, 60 Belmont Road, near Portswood. It's a 20 minute walk to Highfield Campus. The tenancy has already started and the contract is from 18/07/2026 for a full year. The rent for September has already been paid, so the next rent would be due on the 18/10/2026. It is a 2 bed flat with one room that has an ensuite and another that has a separate bathroom. My friend (M) is in his final year of studying EEE and is a very mature, clean individual.
