Looking for 1 more housemate (Graduate)

My friend and I (both guys) are graduating this year and looking to stay in Southampton. We want to find one more graduate to move in with. We are both very friendly and clean, and will be working next year. We want to pay under £600 per month each (not including bills and council tax), and we are looking to live around the SO14/SO15 area (aka City Centre or Portswood).
