House in Highfield area need 3

I have a house lined up in Highfield area, 2 minutes from both campuses, 4 bed 1 bath, £1640/month for all 4 of us, bills not included. I went to a viewing on Wednesday and it was awesome, I have photos if you want some. Only issue is, you'd need to go fast. I had a full group lined up, but they all pulled out because one guy pulled out last minute. It's currently uncertain if the landlord will still accept a big change this late, but I'd need you to be ready to sign by like Wednesday or preferably sooner.
