Ensuite Room Available

Hi I have an available room in Austen House student halls. It's got an ensuite and a decent size bed. The flat is shared between five people and everyone is assigned equal kitchen space. The staff are lovely and often run events. Roughly only £3000 left for the whole academic year (23/24) including bills.
