HOUSEMATE NEEDED, LOVELY 5 BED HOUSE NEAR CAMPUS

Hello, We are a group of 4 (1st and 2nd years) who have confirmed a HUGE, BEAUTIFUL, SPACIOUS 5 bed house on Ripstone Gardens (5 min walk to Highfield Campus!). We are 3 boys and 1 girl so a girl would be preferred to balance everything out. The rent would be £140 per week (bargain, once you have seen the house). We are all very reasonable and tidy and love a night out even when we probably shouldn’t.
