Spot available in a friendly and sociable 6-person house in the Highfield Area

Looking for a replacement housemate for a 6-person house near to campus. We're a friendly group of 4 guys and 1 girl from ages 20-24. The house is well-equipped, there's two bathrooms, both with a shower and toilet. In the kitchen there's a washing machine and two tall fridge-freezers. We're quite active socially and we like to spend time together, whether nights out or chill evenings in the living room. Our ideal housemate would enjoy a good chat in the kitchen and be comfortable with being social. Three of us are on the committee of an outdoors society, and we'll be having occasional events at the house. Hope to hear from you soon!
