Looking for one person to take over tenancy

I am currently moving out of an accommodation and looking for a clean and quiet tenant to take my place (preferably female). The tenancy will be due to start on 01/01/2022 or 01/02/2022, and end on 30/06/2022. The rent is £360 per month (excluding bills). Electricity is paid by a key, and the other utility bills (gas, water and wifi) are £43 per month. You will live with 4 other tenants, three females one males. Three are third year students, one second year from Solent, so you will have little contact with them. The other tenants ae also unproblematic and clean so you are unlikely to run into any problems, but if you do you can easily talk to them. The house is large with 2 full (large) bathrooms, a living room and a large kitchen (with dining table). There are 4 floors in total, you will be living on the second floor and your bathroom will be on the first floor. The bedroom is a decent sized room with a double bed, large desk and comfy desk chair. The bed has room underneath for storage, there is plenty space in the closet to store other items aside from clothes. Appliances included: washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, electric cooker/oven, kettle, toaster The location of the house is ideal since it is a small walking distance from most buses. To get university buses it is about 5 minutes walking distance (U1, U2 and U6). The total travel time to University of Southampton main campus is 20 minutes. There are several small convenience stores within a 1 minute walk. The closest supermarket is Aldi (10 minute walk). It is about a 15 minute walk to city centre and most clubs are within a walking distance.
