Double room available in 4 bedroom house

Looking for someone to take over my lease. Its a 4 bedroom house (2 bathrooms) with 3 men currently on the lease. Preferably you'd be able to take up the lease asap, but I don't mind waiting till September. The house is in Portswood and about a 20 minute walk from Highfield campus. Rent is £375 a month (bills not included). Contract ends in July.
