1 house mate needed asap

4 bed house, rent is 150pw (w/o bills) , start date is 2nd of july this year, our previous housemate dropped out last second, the house itself is great, has a extra workshop room, all bedrooms are double beds, 2 bathrooms and a large open plan kitchen and living room. The house is a 25 minute walk from campus, a 5 minute walk to a u1c bus stop, and a 14 minute walk from portswood road. So basically a 15 minute walk from most amenities you might want including groceries, pubs and such. Taking a bus to campus is 18 minutes at max. We are right now a group of 3 first year guys and all of us do a engineering degree, however none of us are really particular about what course you do, just need a housemate asap.
