Single bedroom available in 4 bedroom house. Single bed, decently sized bedroom. 2 bathrooms 1 shower. 15 minutes from highfield, 1 minute from mcdonalds. Rent next year is 105 a week without bills, about 120 a week altogether- however currently the person in the single bedroom pays less than this as the other rooms are double beds. Lease has to be renewed by early January so message ASAP if interested
