Replacement Tenant

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my room at Austen House for the 2026/27 academic year. It’s a Classic Ensuite in a shared flat, with a shared kitchen/living area. The contract is from 11 September 2026 to 16 July 2027 (44 weeks). £175 per week (£7,700 for the full contract), with bills and Wi-Fi included. Austen House, Back of the Walls, Southampton, SO14 3LS. It’s right in the city centre and close to both Southampton universities, Westquay and the shops.
