Looking for 5th Housemate - Going into 2nd Year

Hi, we are looking for a 5th person to join us on Livingstone Road. We are a group of 4 (males) that are going into 2nd year (all study Stem subjects) . Rent is around £107 a week (bills included). The house is in a good area, we are very close to Portswood Road, being roughly 10 mins away from Sainsburys, Aldi and Lidl whilst also being a 20 min walk from Highfield.
