Urgent! Tenancy Takeover for January 2026

I’m urgently looking for someone to take over my tenancy starting January 2026. The house is shared with 4 other second-year students (2 girls, 2 boys), and the available room comes with a double bed and plenty of storage space. Rent is £465 a month, which includes all bills.
