URGENT need housemate for all-girls house! for 26/27

Hey! Ripstone Gardens (highfield), perfect location just behind the library so 5 mins walk from university and 10 mins walk from Sainsburys in Portswood. Rent + bills is £587 per month, and there are 4 rooms in total with one bathroom/shower sharing, as well as a living room, garden, and shed. There is also a driveway where you can park your car! Tenancy is from 1 July 2026 - 1 July 2027. The room itself is garden-facing with a nice window for sunlight and a double bed. The bills include tv license, wifi, gas & electricity, and water. Need the tenancy agreement to be signed urgently so would really appreciate people reaching out ASAP! The girls are also lovely and very friendly, I'm just thinking of commuting to university in my final year! Looking forward to hearing back!!
