Contract Takeover - Hampton Square (45 Weeks £210)

I'm looking for someone to replace my contract at Hampton Square in Portswood for a 45-week Bronze Plus Ensuite room in a newly renovated block of the development. I'm looking to move in with my current flatmates and need somewhere with parking due to recent changes needing me to be able to go back and forth from home frequently but booked Hampton back in November and would like to hand over my contract to someone for next year. There is a £50 contract takeover fee I am happy to cover, your total rent will be £9,450 for the year (Cheaper than the £10,350 it would be booking with them right now!).
