Room to rent near campus (£99.50 per week)

Due to personal circumstances, I need to move out of my room in a 5-bed flat in Colombia Lodge, Vermont Close. £99.50 per week with bills and wifi included. As mentioned, it's a 5-bed mixed flat with 1 full bathroom already and the other toilet being converted into a full bathroom at the time of posting (16/08/2022). Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. You'd be taking over the tenancy paying termly until 19/07/2023. It's a great location in a quiet close off the main road and surrounded by trees making it super private. 3min walk to a stop for the U6C to campus and a 5min walk for the 1 to the city centre. 12min walk to campus and there's a shop, pool and gym nearby.
