Empty Room in 4 bed house near Highfield

We are looking for a girl to fill an empty room in our house near to Highfield and Avenue Campuses. We are 3 girls and all going into our 3rd years studying History, Medicine and Aeronautical Engineering. We are a quiet house and enjoy movie nights and playing board games. The room has a single bed, chest of drawers, shelves, desk and wardrobe and is next to the bathroom. There is good size kitchen and separate living room. Rent is £381 pcm plus bills which are approximately £40 pcm (Wifi, Energy, Water).
