Semester Abroad - Room available for Semester 1

Hi! I am doing a semester abroad in Semester 1 next year and am looking for someone to take my room during this time. Ideally someone who is doing a semester abroad in Semester 2 . It's a medium sized room with a double bed in a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located in the polygon, so close to NOCS and the SJM. The house is really lovely (described as the most homely student house I've ever seen by many many people). The rent is £420 per month and bills are £105 a month - including water, electricity, wifi etc. The house is made of 3rd year UG students (marine bio, history and philiosphy, mech eng). 2 female, 1 male, 1 NB - everyone is very lovely, and the house has a nice vibe!
