Hi, I am looking for somebody to take my room in a wonderful student house which is a 2 minute walk from Southampton main university campus. Great student housemates, I am reluctantly moving out from the house as I am changing university. House is 15 minute walk to Portswood Sainsburys and has good bus links allowing easy access to city centre. Room comes with desk and cupboard. There is a shared cooking and living space available to everyone which includes a large dining table and sofas. There are also 2 shared modern bathrooms. PPM is £450 including bills or nearest offer.
