Rent is £130 per month not including bills, and move-in/sign-on is August 2026 through June 2027 (two of us are were accepted elsewhere for our Masters). Originally a four-bedroom house that is now three bedrooms, so lots of extra storage on top of the already ample amounts before. The one guy staying is a third year PhD student, very clean and responsible.
