1 Housemate needed - Highfield area

Preferably looking for a girl to move into a 5 bedroom house (currently 2guys 2girls). Located a 10 min walk from the university between highfield and portswood. The house was recently redone, creating an open plan kitchen-living room. There are 2 bathrooms, and the bedroom is decently sized. We will be in our fourth year, so looking for someone respectful (come back from a night out quietly!) and clean. We have a wii and a projector, and enjoy hanging out with eachother so no loners! Rent is £118 pppw with bills coming to around £55 pppm.
