Housemate needed

Hi, we are looking for someone to replace a housemate in our eight bed mixed (currently we have two girls and five boys) house for the year 23/24. The house is five minutes from Highfield campus, has a huge kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a nice garden. The cost is £125 per week including bills. We are a chill group but always up for a night out. We are all current first year students studying a range of subjects.
