Looking for one more house mate

I am leaving my current contract for next year for 12 Heatherdeane Road. It is an 8 bedroom house £360 a month without including bills and in a nice area 10 minutes from campus and close to the common. It is rare that the kitchen is busy and it is very quiet at night. There are two resident parking spots, with one free for next year. My housemates are very relaxed and are mainly 3rd year civil and electronic engineers, musicians and maths students. I am an electronic engineering 3rd year and the reason I am leaving is that I am doing a masters elsewhere. Please let me know if you are interested, thanks Alex
