URGENT Looking for someone to takeover (House 5 mins walk from Highfield Campus)

Current looking for someone to takeover my room in a lovely 7 person house in Highfield (Behind the Libary). Great location and only a 5 minute walk from Highfield Campus and close to bus stops, making it super convenient for uni. The room is a single room with a double bed (Very big room), available for £600 per month (including bills) [willing to leave some furniture i bought when moving in] and the house has 2 bathrooms, a large back garden. The area is really nice and quiet while still being close to campus. You’ll be living with 6 other people (mixed) who are all in different years from 2nd to 4th years.
