Hey all! We are a group of six Engineering and CS students (6 guys) going into our second and third year, and we're looking for a seventh housemate to join us in our cozy house. We are located in a prime location on Broadlands road, an actual 7 min walk from campus and local shops. - Rent is affordable at £425 per month without bills (estimate with bills is 485). - Room has a double bed and a small desk. - 900mb Toob fibre optic broadband - Large garden with chairs and friendly student neighbours We love to socialize and spend time together, whether it's playing Mario Kart, celebrating birthdays, going Go-Karting, Bowling, Dinners etc or chatting and bantering. And while most of us are not big drinkers, we always make sure to have a great time! We are looking for someone who cleans up after themselves, isn't shy of having interesting conversations and is personable.
